SMCI CC projected 400 million positive cash flow

for 1st quarter, 2025...versus minus

445 million in previous quarter...

gross margin increased to 13.3% in 1st

quarter versus 11.2% in past quarter...

SMCI projects 5.9 billion revenue in 1st

quarter, 2025 versus 5.3 billion in past quarter...

raised inventory to about 5 billion to end

1st quarter versus 4.4 billion in past quarter...

Raised inventory but are waiting on NVDA

to start delivering new chip and has muted

guidance for 2nd quarter while still waiting...

Increased cash position to about 2.1 billion

to end 2nd quarter which was at about

1.7 billion in past quarter...

Reported in filing today that the Bank of America

term loan is now paid off...

SMCI appears to be circling wagons with

foreign banks during turbulent times...

SMCI projected around 440 million net profit

for 1st quarter, 2025, with margin for error...

SMCI stated intent to hire a new auditor and

to make appeal to Nasdaq for more time if

needed to get 10K prepared after E and Y QUIT...

E and Y quits a lot...

Early exit polls after close show the voters

were selling blindly...

Maybe the new Dow entry, NVDA, can start

delivering new chips and boost spirits some

if/whenever they do it...

LJ, aka the peon, moved All Funds to black

on SMCI during what the current thesis

projects is only blind selling in after hours...

May take a miracle to pull this one up

to a winner in these turbulent times...

so we watch...LJ

SMCI+NVDA+XAi+ChatGPT...Colossus is

an engineering marvel...

Around 1992 was my first intro to

using a puter with biz program for

small biz...

Been a few strides over the years...

Been 40 years since researching was

done at broker using Standard and Poors

market research books...

Got caught in this downturn just like in

disk drives in 80s..which recovered and

grew much more...

Lesson learned then was stick it out this time

before jumping ship and wait for the next

bigger growth wave in future...

So we watch...LJ
