I do believe there are 4 categories, the three you mentioned plus the one where people are successful with the drug. The size of each category is up to debate.

IMO, Vikings VK2735 has great potential for both improved efficacy and tolerability. VK2735 will have mostly successful users when it gets to market. (Bet you are surprised I have that opinion :-) ) I also believe the market is just starting to wake up to VKTX potential.
