I'm aware of basically 3 different patients. First, there's a group that can't handle it, Second a group that put up with it but the drugs in essence have stopped working and they feel they're running in place while paying a steep price and finally a group that reached their goal and are on or off the drugs as needed.

There doesn't seem to be many long term users. The drugs seem to stop working before many obese patients reach their initial goals.

Not the miracle we were hoping for.
