Ex your wrong. However, worst case scenario would be to export the tumor tissue to London (from anywhere) have Advent make the vaccine then the patient goes to London to receive the vaccine. If you have GBM it’s worth it.

Then why is virtually nobody doing so now? Reality is that very few will do the medical tourism to get treatments not yet approved by their home country. The vast majority is to save money.

Why not just get an approval in Mexico? Or maybe Costa Rica. I doubt it costs more than a few hundred K, no data needed. Easier and cheaper to travel there than to the UK.

Or maybe just partner with one of those German clinics already selling ATL-DCs. Advent probably could make it cheaper. And I am sure most would consider a German clinic a bit more reliable.
