Yes, I am sure they can do that. A short flight down for US to get a couple shots (one for DCVax and the other various sexual diseases).
Alas there already are several clinics doing this already down there, so a bit of a crowded market.
On a related matter, I guess we know why NWBO is not applying to the FDA. Why waste the money when all they need is the export license they already have?
