This argument is a tempest in a tea cup. If someone can afford the $200K for the treatment costs, flying to the UK to get treated is a very minor expense.

I have a friend with stage 4 prostate cancer that goes to Germany and to Turkey for treatment as required.

Certainly that is legal, and can happen to some extent. But for -L it has been available for years now, and we know that has been worth nothing in revenue for NWBO. And many others in the clinic space doing this.

The real cash is in RA approval and reimbursement.
