I think you missed the part about needing to be an MHRA approved treatment before import/export to the US and the extra documentation needed for this process to be legally doable. FDA makes it complicated because FDA has not yet given THEIR approval. Being able to market the product allows much easier access without additional burden on NWBO and patients. Best wishes.

I agree that it’s very good to know that a UK manufactured DCVax can be shipped to the U.S. to treat an individual patient. That ability should prove very helpful to US GBM patients.

Although not quite as exciting, it’s also good to see the Dude thoroughly refute your statement that DCVax can’t be shipped to the U.S. to treat patients without FDA approval.

That said, I’m all for letting you be the first one out in a short squeeze. :)
