Drumming, I am curious, why would you say that " they knew there was a minesule chance at proving infringement" ? Are you saying that Hudnell knew as well and Emil and Hudnell decided to prosecute these cases knowing that there was little chance of success? Pretty damning statement if you ask me. Also, "I never claimed the patents were weak or without worth". It sure sounds like it to me. If one can not prove infringement, as you infer, doesn't that imply worthlessness? While I have criticized the lack of transparency in the past and do not like the degree of insider sales I understand both and why they have occurred. Recent insider filings depict their plan to sell additional shares. I believe this was done in the anticipation that a rise in the pps could happen at anytime. Now, if they start selling at these sub penny levels my theory is debunked and I would have to reevaluate my position. Sorry the current share price has you in such a negative mindset.
