Just going by what I read in the filing.  Blind faith in VPLM will make us bankrupt!

Again, my criticism of the process, company, lack of transparency is exactly that...criticism.  Does that mean I want the company to fail.  HELL NO.

We've all got a lot on the line here but not all of us have direct lines to officers or others within the company (not saying you do either) to get information so we speak out on the message board because that's our only way for them to know how we feel. It wasn't that long ago when you were openly frustrated on here with Emil & the lack of progress as well so what changed on your side?

It wasn't drumming4life who said the chances were miniscule, it was the company's own lawyers:

""What these corporations label as “litigious” is, in fact, VoIP-Pal’s desperate fight for survival. Faced with the prospect of watching its patented technology languish unmonetized or engage in protracted, financially devastating litigation, VoIP-Pal has chosen the latter, albeit with minuscule chances of success under the current legal framework. These tech giants have leveraged the flaws in the America Invents Act (AIA) to their advantage, relying on multiple IPR challenges to tie VoIP-Pal up in court and bleed the company of its resources.”

The fact they would admit their chances are "miniscule" (in fact they are zero, and VPLM , Pittman and Parmenter are going to be sanctioned up the wazoo before this is over) while telling their shareholders to hang on because their cases are rock solid, while insiders sell their shares hand-over-fist tells you all you need to know about this shabby scam.

And tells you all you need to know about those who continue to support it without reservation even when the facts are plain.
