Good question. Although, I don't see BA having issues with months-late filings, or serious allegations about those filings. Plenty of other problems though!
I do realize that these allegations against SMCI could be found to be nothing. It's wait and see.
Like I said. I'm not trying to bash and I'm not trying to pump. Really was just trying to get a feel for people's reasoning to be so positive. Thought maybe I missed some key news or something. And this HAS been steadily moving up too. Those that bought at the lows look to be doing well.
