IMHO there is no way anyone at Elite knows with certainty which way the FDA will rule on Vyvanse. The insider sale tells us nothing about Vyvanse’s chances

Perhaps he didn't want to gamble on the price dropping on no approval of vy and felt comfortable with selling at current prices. It's difficult to state what's happening without all the facts.

If bad news is expected, he wouldn't have sold to avoid triggering an investigation. He can sell if expecting good news. It's common sense.
