The blackout period for insiders starts today for earnings. Here's what we can gather from Dougs sale: 1.) No news will come out before earnings, if it was set to he couldn't have sold 2.) Yesterday was the last day he could sell before earnings 3.) It is unlikely we hear anything about vyvanse until after earnings because if earnings were set to be good and the vyvanse approval was coming why would he sell his entire position? He makes 600k a year he's not hurting for that much cash in the next 2 weeks, blackouts lift 24 hours after news releases so he could have sold after earnings if this was the case.
I just sold my entire position, maybe I'm wrong but I can't bet on these earnings with this information, I'll look to buy back in after
