Once again, I don't believe that you talk about step 2 until step 1 is completed successfully. They may be speaking with NICE, but it's informal until such time as they have an approval, that's step 1. I believe people here understand this, it's just not something companies do.

I really don't fully understand the British system, but if they have UK approval I gather they can sell the vaccine. It won't be covered by their system until NICE agrees to a price they'll pay, but for those who can afford NWBO's asking price, DCVax-L should be available.

Don't get me wrong, volume sales won't happen prior to NICE action. However, once you have an approval, if another company wishes to run a trial with DCVax-L, it's available as an approved product. That could potentially be as big a NICE approval at the get go.
