If it is confidential, why would Mr. Bates mention in the conference call that the material was being supplied by Mc Valley LLC?

I'm just trying to get to the truth. I have sent a message to Mr. Bates asking these questions over two weeks ago and all I have received is crickets. Doing research on this company has become quite problematic.
