Cloudera, you're missing the part where shareholders would bid the stock up as Amarin tries to buy that many shares back.

It's not like all the shares would get sold at $0.50 a share.

That's what prevents companies or investors from buying an entire company.

Exactly. Shorts would be totally forked with almost no float and massive upside at that point... multiples higher on cash alone + any additional someone is willing to pay for the patent.
