April I think, But given we just hit an all time low today going to be very difficult for denner the magic man to get this over a buck by then. There simply is not going to be enough in sales by then to move this much imo.
It will never be delisted... they will just reverse split if needed / not above $1. Reverse split is meaningless for a stock with years of cash that does not need to raise / dilute. I have suspected for a while that Sarissa may plan to take advantage of misinformed smaller investors by doing a reverse split to create the opportunity to add at a lower price or deploy the $50m buyback at a lower price. They certainly succeeded in demoralizing shareholders into selling after having rallied when the buyback was approved. It was approved on the basis of the stock being too cheap (relative to income a big Pharma could squeeze from it) and not from current operations... which have been challenged both before and after the proxy war and buyback proposal.
