The ran up started before KCCO's message. He did not start it. He just disclosed the content of the leak.

I still believe there is substance behind the leak. With the current state of investor mode, the company can't afford such a leak w/o substance. A pull back is expected even if the leak is proven to be true. We have to wait and see.
