Rmb, other way, to be clear: Express Scripts and CVS/CareMark are suing the FTC and its Chair, Lina Khan.The PBMs want relief in the form of withdrawal of the FTC PR saying that those PBMs increase drug prices. The PBM's complaint insists that they actually lower drug prices. I have evidence to the contrary with Vascepa as noted earlier. My co-pay cost prior to 7/01/2024 was $9-$15 for a 3-month refill of prescriptions; refill after that date was ~ 10 times that co-pay cost
