Keep in mind, that $5-7M includes some revenue that we already were seeing from Canada and UK last quarter. I believe we were just under $4M between the two last quarter ($3.5M in UK and $200K from Canada).
As far as PBM negotiations, I have no idea. I don't know if Amarin can approach them with a new offer, or if the PBM's just make decisions unilaterally.
EDIT: Licensing revenue from Canada was actually closer to $600-700K I think. Can't find solid number in 10Q, so trying to extrapolate from HLS revenues, and applying licensing fee %. The $200K I believe was from all other partners around the world.
