I have a Trek internal battery rear wheel motor so if you looked at it, it just looks like a regular bike, hers is an Electra with an external removable battery, a mid mounted Bosch motor much better. Honestly they are so cheap now you can proly get one on Facebook market place for $500 to $800 used.
No recomendations. I ride mine with the power off everyday with the dog a few miles. I just learned today that they both have a walk mode so if you have a tall bridge like the C&D canal with a small walk it does all the work. What is cool is that when riding you turn it on just incase you have a ditch you can just click it + a couple of times power on up. I do a lot of trail riding. I have dirt bikes n ATVs but they are frowned upon in public. These bikes are cool as cool can be, hers goes 30 or 40mph, mine 15 or so but I can get it up to 20 if I pedal hard. My sister likes her throttle when you take off so you don't need to worry about pedal position. 10 miles in an hour is cool. Hills no problem. When we were at the shareholders meeting I road up a huge rocky mountain foot hill for 5 miles on the sidewalk without realizing that we were going uphill, honest. Life is short make it sweet.
X. Thanks for asking.
