Mike, here again, just like where you mistook the word “update” for “interim steps,” in this case you are failing to distinguish between a potential evidence submission to the CDF, which, if so, wouldn’t have included the economic modeling LP stated would be required later for a STA NICE reimbursement decision.

You don’t understand the last post I just referenced to Ex regarding why LP might be one step ahead. It’s like it goes in one ear and out the other with you.

My guess is you didn’t even understand this subsection.

She did not say (at the ASM on June 29, 2024) that she has not submitted an evidence submission, and even if she hasn’t by or after the ASM, NICE can designate CDF prior to evidence submission in “exceptional circumstances.”

Instead of trying to learn after your incorrect accusation, in which I tried to show you, I thought most helpfully, what the above means, and how it is possible they instead went with an evidence submission through CDF, which might then allow them interim funding while they gather the global economic data modeling that NICE would require for an evidence submission to them, you just put your head down and ignored your mistake, and in doing so, gave up on learning about the alternative interim route for funding possibilities.

It’s a shame, because hopefully NWBO is supported by NICE to go through CDF, if they are attempting that with a CDF evidence submission, so that NWBO can get interim funding while they put a global economic data model together. One would think this would not be above your level, but apparently it flew right over.
