I'm not so sure they would announce a generic launch intent when they are in the middle of hammering a generic for patent infringement....and what would the generic be for? The high Trig indication? It's a weird dynamic to launch one knowing that it would be prescribed to infringe upon one of their own patents...... could they then complain about patent infringement?

BBI, volume has been so low, it doesn’t seem like anyone is unloading en masse.

Although it does feel like something has changed. The trading volume has fallen off a cliff since August. It’s like there’s no more shorting, but also no buying. Not sure if there is any significance to what has changed, or just that interest has dried up.

I agree that I hope there is some sort of announcement coming. It feels like we are in a state of purgatory right now.

Despite the keen interest by everyone on the legal front, I don’t really believe that will bear fruit anytime soon (if at all).

My hope still remains that something is coming with the new formulation.

I’m not sure an AG does anything meaningful, unless it would be done with the express purpose of rolling out the new formulation as the “brand”, and then placing the authorized generic next to it.

But I honestly don’t know enough about the dynamics of that business to know if this would even work to recapture the U.S. market from the generics.

But the new formulation could possibly allow them to begin marketing again, which is the only thing that will expand their footprint in the U.S.

Not sure what they will talk about but they have slated 2 hours for the call so it must be something important IMO Also a week after the quarterly so again IMO the quarterly may be bad so they are giving the market time to cool off before the call.

Does not really seem like anyone is unloading yet. The unloading always comes after the earning are announced as we usually drop 10-20 percent on earnings. If that happens again we are in the mid 40 cent range. I just don't know how much more bad news this stock can take anymore. I get it turnarounds take time but Denner has had 19 months now and we have had very little positive news since he took over. I mean by two years which is coming up he needs to be showing some progress or we may be in big trouble.
