For those that do not understand, that is the difference between a public companys disclosure rules and a private company.  Those are both private companies, where they update you in private.

Some just like to worry.  Lightwaves material deals/ventures need to be airtight upfront and one word here or there can make a big difference, it is almost impossible go back and change a deal afterwards because all the leverage is gone.

The shorts will do their best this week to try and save every leveraged penny they can, they have 21.88 million borrowed shares on the line. Literally their asses depend it. Some will loose it all.

As a former corporate attorney I can vouch for it - the back and forth can indeed take a long time. Many issues get fleshed out in the drafting process which cause rounds of negotiation. But if attorneys have been formally instructed that's a sign that an agreement in principle has been reached and they are past the NDA / MOU / LOI stage.
