Maybe you are not yet well informed about who Cofer Black is, what he has done in the past for his country and the connections he has at a very high level that he has built up because of this.

That has zero to do with what he is doing on a captive BOD. These are basically paying people for name recognition and getting yes votes on a few needed decision every year,

Maybe JJ provided some real value in the past. But Coffer, Mrs Bayer and the guy in the red hoodie are worthless. Malek is less than worthless.

I am not discussing what Mr Black may have done in his career.
