Only way to have a chance in the OTC is with R/M shells. Or some well placed insider information. And even then, most that buy a control use the shell as an ATM.
It's all about what they bring in the shell that you must DD ZHUD keeping me green today.
I'm still BID sitting @ .0225 Not much so no reason to chase till I get some real $ back in here.,
