Actually it was mostly because of the Declining Economy, High Interest Rates
for the past 3.5 years, and Overspending that has contributed
to this - along with the fact that Liquidity in the
Investment Capital Markets dried up !

Throw in the possibility of mismanagement, and there you have it !!!

The question is - "What happens next ?" - Hopefully, . .
getting current with company Filings
will solve the problem !!!
