Good luck BobWayne! Afib was a curse, I used to jump on my bike and ride like a madman until my heart was about to explode to convert to normal rhythm.

When starting Re-Mag, start slow, see how you handle it then ramp from there. You should be fine. Let me know if you have any questions. You can google a list of things that deplete magnesium, one is if you sweat profusely when working outside, exercising, etc. I think that was the biggest reason for me. When my wife and I moved, our new home had a whole house water filtration system. I went from tap water with some minerals, to zero with the filtration. About a year after that was about the time when I went from proximal A-fib to permanent.

Thanks Jim, just got my ReMag today! Starting with .25 tsp. In cranberry juice. Couldn’t taste anything. Will go slow as you suggest.
