I have not been in contact with the company since the first hearing, nor do I believe any others have had any business calls with them either.

I would believe their defense would be innocent of speculated charges.

I'm no lawyer but....You can plead either innocent, guilty, incompetent to stand trial,or no contest,

Just a guess.
