I think the point was she is not an MD (medical doctor). Anyone can put a DR in front of their name if they have a 'doctorate degree' in their field with enough required education.
A pharmacist CAN use DR in front of their names, but most don't. I know pharmacists.
This DOCTOR is going to grad school to get a masters in Regulatory Affairs. Sheesh.

The FACT is, this pharmacist is not an employee of BIEL and didn't actually do anything to specifically get BIEL's products accepted for meeting MDR requirements. She developed a Procedure and she wrote a nice resume.
