You state the company was unable to obtain funding to take it to another state. I remember snpw, via tweet (below), to provide an update over the next few weeks. I remember waiting for the update that did not materialize. Where do you conclude the company did not obtain financing? What happened to the tax exempt bonds? Don’t remember a specific update being provided on this tweeted opportunity.
