2018 the company transition from a construction company to a medical waste to energy company. Came VERY VERY close of becoming a reality and with very very low revenue the company stock ran from a low of 0,002 to a high of 34.9 cents January 2021.

July 2021 the project was denied by RI-DEM the company was unable to obtain funding to take it to another state, so later that year the company decided to transition to the solar sector. signing deals with FoxEss, Pt.IDN and Marine Batter then later adding GEP New Energy to their Group.

Some invest on revenue my self I invest on potential and with a subsidy of a Fortune 500 company still hanging around and GEP expanded their relationship with SPPC to cover Australia I believe the potential for another high rise in stock price is possible.
