That didn’t sound like DI, and even I can’t believe he’d be that misinformed if the conversation was recent. In the Harrington case, the parties (at least one party) rejected the Court’s suggestion for magistrate led settlement negotiations days ago. Maybe it’s an old email.

Yep, I was partly wrong, because some parties in the Harrington case apparently rejected settlement negotiations while others went forward.

Good news. DI was right to find that settlement positive.

I wonder if the defendants in the Harrington case that Did Not settle yet are rethinking their position on rejecting negotiations.🙂
