They got funding and they didn't bankrupt, chapter 11 got dismissed end of June 2018 also the debt was around 60M and was mostly from Canadian government for the Sarnia plant which was built on green bonds by the Government of Ontario, why would the government allow KKR to take it unless there is more to their investment to benefit all
