Should the company fail to achieve its financing and restructuring goals, it will likely have to file for bankruptcy.

They failed and were L i q u i d a t e d!

Any funds would go to creditors to make them whole. Outcome for shareholders remains the same zero (0).

Under BIA to CCAA ... market valued the entity at $4.3 million US, approved by creditors and the courts on both sides of the border.

The only funding FKA BioAmber got was the DIP funding that’s it.
You are forgetting about the Chapter 15 bankruptcy and subsequent liquidation of all assets for $4.34 mil to LCYB save and except for the cash, AR, inventory and some us based office furniture.
The debt was over $100 mil it’s right in the docs.
There are no BioAmber shareholders anymore. There is no BioAmber anymore.
