If they had accepted large upfront cash as per dennisdave’s speculated scenario , while the final agreement may still be contingent on approval , they would have been required to disclose that as a material information in my opinion .

I am also almost certain that after milestone UK approval NWBO will disclose a cooperation with a big pharma with a big bag of cash.
However, my point was that the big pharma investing in NWBO could have done that 2 years ago after the JAMA article avoiding the risk of
A. another suiter running away with NWBO
B. making sure NWBO will not go bankrupt

Powers said at the Dec 2022 ASM that they walked away from previously held negotiations with large pharmaceutical companies because these companies expected NWBO to carry almost all of the burden and they would reap little of the profit. Didnt these companies see DCVAX's potential then?
The conclusion is that large pharmaceutical companies are willing to risk NWBO being swooped away or getting bankrupt and prefer to wait before transferring a (for them meaningless) large sum of money into NWBO's bank account until after UK approval than jump in two or one year ago.

Give me a break with all this Merck buyout talk. All dot connecting speculation...... Everyone and their mother is looking to partner up with Merck because Merck set themselves up as SOC in a lot of cancers. Go look at the amount of clinical trials in combination or against Pembro/SOC.

This company has no credibility whatsoever. 10 years since enrollment, 4 years since data lock, history of pumping nonsense PRs (switzerland approval, pumping positive signals), hiring pumper analyst on their BOD and giving him millions in options/shares, CEO using funds to build out her own CDMOs....

But yeah sure...BP will partner with them.....SMFH.

The sooner you realize this company and her ponzi group of other companies ....were all setup for the purpose of enriching the CEO and her fund, and screwing over shareholders......the better off you will be if you are a real investor and not a member of the paid pump crew.

Go read this...and figure out why there is no instititional nor investor support....You can have a successful company without management...this aint' a effing science project....as much as some of you want to state.
