Other way to look at this is , if Merck had bought it after final data release, they would have gotten it approved in all markets by yesterday with their clout . If that is not true then all the negative comments regarding BP ( implying that they have RAs in their pocket and they have corrupted RAs etc etc )by the usual few here are false .
