In the chart you pointed out there is a part near the bottom that has a listing for “compliance date” and the average time for that was 47 days which is pretty close to the amount of time after the January validation date. In a text to flipper44 I pointed out that the wording in the announcement of these two dates was nebulous apparently on purpose. Best wishes.
