If inspections were scheduled in two continents , I doubt they got done in Aug-Sept timeframe . Even if they did and they were flawless , per chatGPT , MHRA can take 30-90 days after that . Sometimes it can be sooner per chatGPT .
So doubt anything is imminent .

I believe some folks at MHRA do know but they also know how closely watched their actions are especially with this one. Is a leak really worth going to jail?; ). With most other stocks no one would bother to follow up because of the cost involved. With this one, the ongoing investigation into short side hedge fund practices by DOJ and lawsuit against market makers and their possible connection most likely will have or is having an affect.
