But there is a key difference. Kund is criticizing AVXL management relating to failed promises, failed trials, failed guidance to invstors, and other non-performance issues that are easily documented as fact whereas George knowingly makes daily false predictions/expectations that obviously are meant to influence the actions of AVXL investors to acquire shares of stock. Kund makes no investor buy or sell recommendations.
