Ahh yes the giant elephant in the room…

If fretting over the balloon payment is so non-significant…why haven’t they taken care of that yet? That mere 18 million clams?

Because they can’t. They’re waiting on their JV partners to do so…and why haven’t they done so?

Because they are not our partners…yet…because they are obviously still negotiating…OR …if not they would have announced this material event.

Amazing isn’t it…how simple the truth really is.

The deal will be done ….when it’s done.

Dshade, looks like no one can see that the 18-million-dollar balloon payment is paid, and if so, wouldn't the company shout it from the roof top? Can you show us that's paid and then we can move on. No more crying !!!!
