No one can see it because it hasn't happened. He merely said, "see why crying about ballon is a non-issue?" apparently because he thinks the annual report was so good that it makes the balloon payment not being paid yet, immaterial. Which of course makes absolutely no sense at all.
And of course, like always, he offers no explanation for the comment.
