pothen ... Wrong! I have Looked into the OTC Rules/Regulations, they are a Little Confusing, but you are Not Exploring all the Possibilities! CONVERTED, Yes, but Not Necessarily Sold IMHO! Check the OTC Regulations on Share Transfers, I Did! Good Luck, but Don't Come Back Here Telling me WC Sold when there are other Options/Possibilities and we just Don't Know for Sure what was done!
