AABB Has Already Had Pulled Certs./Reduced OS, there is an Old PR about it!

Please explain how this is true when the TA reports show no reduction in OS or free trading shares. Ya quote a forward looking PR as fact when there is nothing to support that assertion.

I don't ever remember any PR that they completed "pulling certs", or that the OS reduction was completed.
