Stokd $NLST Just an FYI for clarity and to ease any concerns....none of the pending motions in the Samsung 293 case (pictured below) have anything to do with the BOC case/matter. So there's no impact/implications if BOC Final Judgment is not issued by the 293 case pretrial conference or even trial.
There was in the past overlap between cases on the license issue—when Netlist wanted to stay BOC so Gilstrap can resolve first—but that was worked out between judges/parties through motions, the result being the license issue will resolve by Scarsi, hence BOC trial occurred first.
The "overhang" I allude to until Scarsi issues BOC Final Judgment is speculative based on what Samsung "may" attempt to inject into the case/trial, and just my preference for BOC to finalize prior 293 trial to leave no questions open.
But it has been clarified by Gilstrap and so far not created any issues. Both judges understand and affirmed that as it stands now Samsung is unlicensed, regardless what they "claim".
