robcobb $NLST We are pretty sure Judge Scarsi will release his final decision on the BOC before the trial on November 12.Question is,will he release it before the Oct 8 pre-trial?Judge Scarsi said it would be beneficial to Judge Gilstrap if he had the ruling before the trial so Judge Gilstrap could make decisions without the BOC hanging over his head. I wonder without the BOC decision before the Oct 8 pre-trial would it impede Judge Gilstraps decisions on the pre-trial motions? If so will Judge Scarsi release his decision before Oct 8?There are many motions Judge Gilstrap has to rule on Oct 8th and 9th at pre-trial.Is it going to be beneficial for Judge Gilstrap to have the BOC decision before then?I have learned from the past that things happen more slowly in California than in Texas! I guess we will know the answers to these questions soon,because Oct 8 is soon approaching!As I have posted before I will be at the Oct 8 pre-trial to let everyone know what the rulings are.GLLs
