Its all a carrot dangling exercise to find the next set of bagholders!

If they strike a non dilutive partnership where a big pharma gets exclusive right to combine L with their therapy for a particular indication then there is no reason to wait for UK approval.

NWBO was trading at over 3-4 X the market cap in December. They could have announced a partnership deal when the UK application was filed and they wouldn't have to dilute all the shares they did in the last 9 months. Importantly, it would have given them the cash to accelerate combo clinical trial too and the share price wouldn't be languishing if big pharma backed them.

I seriously doubt we will get back to the same market cap as we were back in Dec 2023 with the announcement of UK approval. So in the end there is no benefit of waiting even if market cap and share price was ever a consideration. The management continue to expose themselves by not executing on reimbursement and other regulatory submission since then (plus ongoing heavy dilution). There is decreasing amount of trust in the management crew to deliver return on investment as time goes by.

Why wait? Because LP wants more than they were willing to pay for an unapproved treatment. After all, if you read this board the treatment is marginal at best. May be they are betting that NWBO will go BK and they can pick up the technology on the cheap.
