Hard to have significant expectations in the OTC swamp. It is a speculative market.
I would speculate that they would want a liquid market for their equity/stock before significant news items and activities start occurring. This is logical in my mind. But as you point out the entire lack of 10-K and 10-Q doesn’t make sense in the first place, unless there is a major deal in the works and the Hoover Vacs needed to accumulate.
