Okay, so if I understand you correctly you expect filings before Q4, which commences in 2 weeks, or at least early in the quarter.

The Alien Agreement says:
" 3.1. Phase II Application Submissions
In signing this Agreement, the Client agrees that the first Submission Date will be as follows:
- August 28,2024"

It would be interesting to know if the Submission Date for the Application was met. SEC filings ahead of it and submitting would have been a sign of having one's shit together. They could have provided that information in an 8-K or incorporated it into the 8-K filed on 9/6.

"Do that make sense to you?"
The failures to make the 10K and 10Q filings didn't make sense to me and still don't. The Company has failed to provide required public information for 10 months.
It crapped out the share price and, as you have noted, made funding difficult if not impossible.
