I don't think it is a scam or a fraud because they do have a real business. Lots of OTC and pink stocks don't. DBMM at least does. It isn't much of a business but it is a business. My point is the business does almost nothing in actual revs, let alone make a profit, and it has been that way for 18 years. The only way this company exists is because they can take on debt financing and use their shares in their share structure to pay the financiers, who in turn sell them into the market to get their money back +++. If this were a private company it would have gone BK and folded up shop long ago. We all know this.

RTGV/DBMM management has continually made promises that have never come close to fruition, all while diluting the SS and Reverse Splitting so much that a dollar invested in this in 2010 would now be worth .000000000000000000000000000000000001.

If DBMM isn’t a fraudulent company then they simply have to come forth with evidence that they are bringing in actual marketing contracts. Revenues prove they haven’t done anything in years. It’s all simple math.
