has nothing to do with the game score---only whether you think each team you pick will win their matchup and how confident you are they will....the # is how confident you think that pick will win----the #'s go from 1 to 16 this week...give your best pick a 16 and a game you're not sure of a 1...
for example---for the Chiefs were playing your local high school JV team, you'd pick the Chiefs and assign them a 16 giving you 16 points when the Chiefs won---your score is the sum total of the #'s 1 thru 16 that you picked the correct winner
every game you pick correctly gets you the # you assigned to that game--every loss gets you zero for that game
